Implementation Team

Your Implementation Team will work with you to map clients and complete a client comparison, setup practice fields, configure CCH Axcess Practice (New Firms Only), and complete a data validation before conversion into CCH Axcess™ Practice.

Note: The Firm is responsible for making corrections to their data before the Conversion and then signing the Data Validation Approval Form.

Conversion Specialist

A Conversion Specialist will work to convert and migrate the provided data, either based on a database backup or excel files depending on the conversion type, into CCH Axcess™ Practice based on the information supplied in your conversion cover letter.

The Conversion Specialist will provide reconcilliation reports for Open WIP and AR back to the source data reports post-conversion.
